Overview

The Commercial Enablement Manager plays a critical leadership and hands-on execution role in driving sales effectiveness, process discipline, in concert with commercial systems deployment and optimization.

In Short

  • Develop, deliver, and manage onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align training and sales tools with strategic priorities.
  • Own the coordination of creating and distributing playbooks and selling tools.
  • Track and maintain sales/commercial contracts across geographies.
  • Lead administration and user support for CRM systems.
  • Support deployment and continuous improvement of commission tracking systems.
  • Coach and develop a team of specialists across enablement and operations.
  • Set clear priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in commercial operations or sales enablement.
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C commercial processes.
  • Demonstrated success in player-coach roles with small teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
