Overview

The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and specification development of surfacing products within the commercial market, focusing on building relationships and securing project specifications.

  • Strong selling skills and commercial marketing knowledge.
  • Proven event planning and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the commercial value chain and project tracking.
  • Logistical savvy about territory management.
  • Regular interaction with customers and clients required.
