Overview

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, administration, and operational execution of training programs for government and law enforcement customers, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating training programs or events.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and registration systems.
• Experience with government or law enforcement customers is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (2-4 years).
• US Citizenship required.
• Pass a standard company background check and an enhanced criminal background check.
• Ongoing criminal background checks may be required.
