Overview

As an Area Vice President (AVP) at Lexington Medical, you will lead a team of Sales Executives to drive the adoption of our best-in-class minimally invasive surgical stapling solutions across key territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of hospital operating room dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce new technologies.
  • Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.
