Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and automating data pipelines, designing insightful dashboards, and maintaining data infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate business needs into technical solutions and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In Short

• Develop, maintain, and automate data pipelines using Python and Google App Script.
• Ensure seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate and user-friendly.
• Develop and optimize queries using SQL and manage data warehousing solutions.
• Utilize Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Create complex formulas and scripts for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with teams to understand data requirements.
• Document all processes and data sources for transparency.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Google App Script.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and other BI tools.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with cloud-based data warehouses.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Understanding of ETL best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
