Data Analytics & Revenue Reporting Specialist (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analytics & Revenue Reporting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who can dedicate 6 to 8 hours per day during the first week of each month to support Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and subscription-based reporting efforts.

In Short

• Monitor and report on ARR metrics including new, upgrade, downgrade, and churned ARR.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Looker and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies across systems.
• Assist in creating and maintaining forecasting models related to revenue growth.
• Validate data consistency across platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Stripe.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Work closely with finance, sales, and strategy teams on revenue metrics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets including pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Experience building data dashboards and reports in Looker or similar BI tools.
• Strong grasp of SQL and ability to query data from data warehouses.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts.
• Experience validating and reconciling data from multiple platforms.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data transformation, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key subscription metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex data stories.
• Highly organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
