Overview

The Junior IT Administrator at Les Lunes is essential to keeping our team connected, secure, and productive. You won’t just fix issues — you’ll build and improve the systems that power our daily work.

In Short

• Set up IT access and devices for new hires.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Manage company tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and Asana.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment.
• Ensure device security and support data protection efforts.
• Identify ways to simplify IT workflows through automation.
• Collaborate with HR and Office Management for onboarding and offboarding.
• Work in a hybrid model (2-3 days/week onsite).
• Fluency in English and at least B2 German is required.
• Contribute to a supportive employee experience.

Requirements

• Solid background in internal IT support or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows systems.
• Experience in setting up and managing systems independently.
• Familiarity with endpoint security measures.
