Overview

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our customer relationship management activities, leading targeted CRM campaigns and developing personalized communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in CRM management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful CRM campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
