Senior CRM Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for achieving engagement goals, planning and implementing newsletters, and optimizing automated campaigns for various user groups.

• Part of a 4-member CRM team focused on engagement goals.
• Plans, tests, and implements newsletters in collaboration with content and advertising teams.
• Sets up and optimizes automated campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Develops meaningful user segmentations for personalized experiences.
• Collaborates with Product and Data teams for user insights and targeted actions.
• Creates reports and regularly communicates about goal achievements.
• Coordinates with the team on best practices, content, and timing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Braze).
• Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and enhance engagement.
• Independent and structured work style for planning and executing campaigns.
• Experience with multi-channel journeys and A/B testing.
• Technical knowledge of CRM infrastructure, link tracking, and tool optimization.
• Passionate about developing a digital product with social value.
• Fluent in German and English.
