Overview

The Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for generating and cultivating potential clients for the Caliber Service Management team, focusing on landscaping, snow removal, construction, and other exterior property services.

In Short

  • Create a pipeline of potential clients through outreach and engagement.
  • Work with manager to strategically target potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify business opportunities.
  • Document communications within CRM (HubSpot).
  • Attend meetings with the Caliber Sales team.
  • Report on weekly activity and opportunity statuses.
  • Work with Sales and Estimating Team on new opportunities.
  • Onboard new contracts when awarded.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Productive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible to change.
  • Ability to learn and utilize CRM software.
  • Proficient in relationship development and selling techniques.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience preferred.
  • General understanding of the facilities service industry.
