The Product Support Specialist will assist brokers and customers with loan servicing and product inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies and enhancing customer experiences.

Requirements

• 1 year minimum customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls.
• Willing to work on early day shift schedule (AU time).
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
