Head of Retail - NSW/ACT - Remote

Overview

The Head of Retail (NSW & ACT) is responsible for strategic alignment, performance and growth, and engagement and culture of the Retail business within the state.

In Short

• Execute on the State Market Representation Strategy.
• Drive adoption of Lendi Group strategies across the retail network.
• Lead the growth of the Retail business with a team of Retail Business Consultants.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to support and mentor teams.
• Track and analyse performance metrics for targeted interventions.
• Lead delivery against performance targets for the Retail channel.
• Influence the experience and outcomes of the network.
• Support franchisee growth and engagement.
• Drive embedment of strategic initiatives and product-led releases.
• Provide priority support to strategic stores for accelerated growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and/or franchise management.
• Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with financial modelling.
• Deep understanding of franchise operations and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading change in complex environments.
• Familiarity with mortgage broking or retail financial services.
• Ability to work independently in an agile environment.
