Senior Technical QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our mobile applications. You will play a key role in designing and implementing test automation frameworks, improving QA processes, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for mobile applications.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with engineers to define test strategies and ensure testability.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for mobile apps.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Advocate for best QA practices and conduct root cause analysis.
• Monitor and report key QA metrics.
• Mentor other QA engineers and share knowledge.

Requirements

• 5 years experience as a Senior QA Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks for mobile apps.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
