Overview

The Technical Service Support Specialist in Digital Farming is responsible for providing technical support and training to Lely Cluster and Lely Center employees, ensuring they can effectively address challenges related to digital farming products.

In Short

  • Full-time position focused on technical support in Digital Farming.
  • Provide second-line technical support for digital products.
  • Conduct onsite and virtual audits for service employees.
  • Develop training materials and technical documentation.
  • Analyze data for technical improvements.
  • Participate in 24/7 hotline support on a rotational basis.
  • Work closely with the Digital Farming Business team.
  • Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
  • Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

Requirements

  • Degree from a college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
