Proposition Manager Digital - Remote

Overview

The Proposition Manager Digital (PMD) is responsible for supporting the successful launches and sales of Lely Software and Data solutions through product positioning, aftermarket service propositions, troubleshooting, training, marketing, and new product introduction.

In Short

• Responsible for the ‘what and when’ of the proposition within Lely North America.
• Work closely with Lely International Business Team Digital and North America Sales Manager.
• Establish strong relationships with interdependent departments.
• Promote software and data products to prospects and external influencers.
• Provide forecast support for all Software and Data products.
• Evaluate product placement for development of new products.
• Support sales to achieve budget goals.
• Travel approximately 25-40% of the year.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Build external third-party knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Dairy Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of business management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of agricultural software and data techniques.
• Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
• Professional leadership skills.
• Ability to educate and train others.
• Proactive team member with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in marketing and product management.
