Overview

ONeil Interactive is seeking detail-oriented and proactive Digital Project Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of website projects and ongoing client support. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-touch, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with home builder clients.
• Guide builders through the website creation process.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Organize and facilitate client meetings.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement feedback.
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process.
• Monitor and respond to client support requests.
• Coordinate the implementation of website updates.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Adapt to rapidly changing client needs and priorities.
