Product Owner - Automation and Intelligence - Remote

Overview

Leidos is seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Owner to lead and manage a portfolio of technology-enabled continuous improvement initiatives in support of our internal operations and Department of Defense (DoD) customers.

In Short

• Lead and manage product development workflows in ADO.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Write clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Partner with solution architects and software developers to translate business needs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Agile Release Train and support SAFe ceremonies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Splunk capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements.
• Maintain active Secret security clearance.
• Champion the adoption of proactive monitoring and predictive analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Active DoD Security Clearance required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
