In Short

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design innovative capital solutions.
• Lead and innovate collateralized casualty treaty reinsurance pricing.
• Evaluate and price transactions, documenting pricing assumptions.
• Mentor actuarial talent and foster a collaborative environment.
• Maintain and enhance pricing tools and methodologies.
• Engage with re/insurance clients and casualty ILS investors.
• Support new product development and manage pricing parameters.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for process improvement.
• Contribute to the development of a fast-growing Casualty ILS market.
• Report directly to the Chief Executive, Reinsurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of actuarial experience, with 10 years in reinsurance pricing.
• ACAS certification required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA.
• Proven experience leading actuarial teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with senior executives.
