General Manager - B2B Products - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and scale one of our B2B products with full P&L responsibility. Ledger has a suite of insuretech products that serve the emerging insurance securitization market that connects insurance risk to institutional capital. The products are all designed to leverage a data pipeline with an overlay of analytics and AI/LLM-based features to provide unprecedented transparency and standardization for insurers and institutional investors to what has historically been an opaque industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in revenue management or product leadership.
• 5+ years in a technical product ownership or general manager role.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses in a start-up environment.
• Deep understanding of technical product revenue models.
• Subject matter expertise in SaaS, Fintech, or Insuretech.
• Strong strategic planning and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Expertise in product development focused on customer-centric solutions.
