Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at LearnTastic, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

In Short

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience towards customer concerns
  • Collect and utilize customer feedback to enhance products and services

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with software systems
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Advanced English and Spanish
  • Attention to detail is essential
