Overview

As the Head of Client Experience, you will have a direct impact on developing market-leading innovations to enhance client experience, drive retention, and deliver measurable impact.

In Short

  • Shape and influence product roadmaps by integrating client feedback and data analytics.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop solutions for user problems.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to market launch.

  • Ensure up-to-date documentation and support resources for the product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in an EdTech company.
  • 2+ years' experience in client management or related role.
  • Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of the EdTech marketplace and B2B decision-making.
  • Strong experience in Agile principles of product management.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development in product and EdTech topics.
