Overview

The incumbent will spearhead the People Experience team, playing a pivotal role in driving both HR operations and strategic business partnering across our rapidly growing, global SaaS organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with leadership experience.
  • Strong background in HR operations within a global, fully remote company.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR compliance and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-growing, remote-first environment.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented.
  • Curiosity to keep learning and experimenting.
