• Monitor customer satisfaction and support contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or new product development.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or customer support.
• Advanced proficiency in German and English.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Client-centric approach with adaptability to different profiles.
• Agility with technology, particularly Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Data-driven mindset.
