Overview

The Customer Success Consultant plays a key role in ensuring clients are satisfied with our legal software solutions, providing training and support to enhance their experience.

In Short

  • Fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months with possible extension.
  • Work closely with a portfolio of UK law firms.
  • Understand client business needs and educate on best practices.
  • Provide proactive client care through check-ins and training plans.
  • Increase client confidence in using our software.
  • Develop skills in support, upselling, and business analysis.
  • Work hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
  • Office locations: Bath or Leeds.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 working hours.
  • Report to the Head of Client Success.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or client management.
  • Strong knowledge of legal software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactive and professional attitude.
  • Experience in training and support roles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Understanding of the legal industry is a plus.
