Senior Financial Accountant - Remote

Overview

As LEAP's newest Senior Financial Accountant, you'll take ownership of financial processes in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

In Short

• Preparation and analysis of monthly financials.
• Review of local and overseas financials including KPIs.
• Preparation of tax returns and assisting with audits.
• Carry out special projects as required.
• Continually improve internal controls and processes.
• Work collaboratively within the finance team.
• Utilize Salesforce technology stack including Zuora, NetSuite, and Tableau.
• Provide financial leadership and management.
• Drive informed decision-making through data analysis.
• Support the growth of clients and the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Degree qualified with CPA/CA certification.
• Understanding of accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Netsuite is beneficial but not essential.
