Overview

We are seeking a talented Client Success Manager to design, lead, and execute our customer success strategies as we continue to scale in the healthcare SaaS industry.

In Short

  • Design and implement a scalable customer success strategy for healthcare SaaS clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to track progress and ensure ROI.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for high-level customer inquiries.
  • Oversee and refine the onboarding process for clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to create training materials.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess success metrics.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about trends in healthcare SaaS.
  • Help grow the Customer Success team through mentoring and hiring.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in client/customer success or account management in healthcare SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, or business administration.
  • Strong focus on customer happiness and retention.
  • Proven experience in designing customer success programs.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 15% of the time.
