Overview

Manage candidate development at all levels of talent and develop relationships with key industry players to generate qualified candidates for multiple search assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong sales ability and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with identifying passive job seekers.
  • Strong knowledge of personal computers and software programs.
  • Superior consultative skills.
