Associate Finance Director - Profitability Leader - Remote

Overview

Manages multiple teams and/or functions that are responsible for generating supporting analytics to senior and executive management in decision making for the organization or segments of the organization through performance measurement, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and strategic thinking.

• Directs managers and teams responsible for financial operations and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 11 years of experience in finance.
• 4 years of managerial experience required.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Strategy.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build partnerships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the banking industry.
• Advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience leading a business or P&L.
