Associate Director - Finance Transformation (Private Equity) - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Director in our Business Transformation practice, you will partner with Private Equity clients to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the finance function and drive value creation.

In Short

• Serve clients in the “Office of the CFO” at private equity portfolio companies.
• Oversee projects across finance and accounting process lifecycles.
• Identify and address obstacles within Finance and Accounting.
• Lead client engagements and facilitate workshops.
• Execute engagements utilizing agile principles.
• Assist portfolio companies with scalable ‘buy-and-build’ strategies.
• Conduct reviews of clients' finance and accounting processes.
• Leverage expertise in leading business processes.
• Support Business Transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company representatives.

Requirements

• Experience with middle-market Private Equity Sponsors.
• Experience in end-to-end transformation services.
• Extensive experience with transactions and integration activities.
• Experience delivering for senior executive client leaders.
• Experience in high pace environments with competing priorities.
• Fluent knowledge of revenue recognition and financial statements.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Office of CFO.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial systems and data analytics tools.
