Managing Consultant - Finance Transformation (Private Equity) - Remote

Overview

As a Managing Consultant in Finance Transformation, you will partner with Private Equity clients to enhance their finance functions and drive value creation through tailored solutions.

In Short

• Serve clients within the “Office of the CFO” at private equity portfolio companies.
• Identify and assess business obstacles within Finance and Accounting organizations.
• Interact with Portfolio Company CFOs and Controllers to define key priorities.
• Assist portfolio companies with executing scalable ‘buy-and-build’ strategies.
• Leverage knowledge of business processes to optimize client operations.
• Utilize finance tools, automation, and data analytics to meet client needs.
• Support Business Transformation projects including system strategy and process improvement.
• Mentor team members and cultivate client relationships.
• Oversee project administration activities for smooth project completion.
• Seek opportunities to integrate additional solutions into client services.

Requirements

• Experience with middle-market Private Equity Sponsors.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Office of CFO processes.
• Experience in high pace environments with competing priorities.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial systems and data analytics tools.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of client-facing experience in public accounting or consulting.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CSM a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% based on client preferences.
