Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record in scholarly publishing at a senior level.
• Ability to lead high-performing mid-sized teams.
• Expertise in managing digital content transformation.
• Knowledge of industry practices and tools.
• Acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent vendor management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
