Associate Director, Group Finance - Remote

Overview

As reach52 continues to expand its business streams, including a strategic entry into new business lines, reach52 is seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Director, Group Finance. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this position will spearhead financial modelling, forecasting, cash flow management, business development pricing, budget signoffs, and collaborate closely with management for financial reporting and assessments. The role involves managing audits, supporting, and overseeing procurement, country-level budgeting, and fostering the growth of reach52’s different business lines.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant certification.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in startups and industries like Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, and Healthcare.
• Track record of raising commercial capital.
• Knowledge of taxation and legal matters.
• Experience in regional Finance capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office 365 and accounting software.
