Supplier Team Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supplier Team Lead with a strong focus on operational and administrative tasks to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting procurement operations by managing tender processes, reviewing billing and invoices, preparing contracts, and generating monthly procurement reports. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

In Short

• Coordinate and facilitate the tendering process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and distribute tender documents, evaluate supplier submissions, and support selection processes.
• Maintain records of all tender activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Draft, review, and finalize procurement contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of contracts, including renewal and expiration tracking.
• Ensure all procurement agreements align with company policies and industry regulations, such as rappels.
• Review and continuously improve monthly procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance metrics, and contract summaries.
• Supervise procurement and finance records are accurately maintained and easily accessible for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements within the procurement function.
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
