Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources for a fast-growing global Payment Orchestrator. You will play a key role in building and sustaining a high-performing, engaged, and motivated workforce that drives our mission to deliver exceptional One-Off and Subscription-based payment solutions through credit/debit card processing, eWallets, and Alternative Payment Methods (APMs).

In Short

  • Lead the recruitment process for key roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and hiring top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees in a competitive global market.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with local labor laws and global best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design HR strategies that support business growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on workforce metrics.
  • Champion the company’s culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in all HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data reporting.
