Overview

The Technical Recruiter will help support the existing and growing goals of Lead, a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. This role is essential in advancing a more diverse, accessible, and inclusive Lead through hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in fintech.
