Registered Nurse, Telehealth (Remote) (Weekends) (Bilingual Spanish)

Overview

The Registered Nurse, Care Line, is responsible for providing telephonic triage directional patient care advice for general and specific illnesses, health related issues, client counseling, patient advocacy, health education and referral and resource management to ChenMed patients and their families.

• Provide telephonic and video call patient care.
• Conduct health assessments and treatment solutions.
• Monitor patient health and at-home care.
• Collaborate with primary caregivers on care plans.
• Document interventions and patient progress.
• Provide on-call coverage for patient inquiries.
• Utilize technology for patient symptom analysis.
• Enhance telehealth practices and nursing outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Multi-state Compact license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum 3 years acute clinical nursing experience preferred.
• 2 years experience in Emergency Nursing or Triage preferred.
• Experience with older adult populations preferred.
• 1 year virtual care experience is a bonus.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain additional licenses as needed.
