Software Configuration Specialist III - Remote

Overview

The Software Configuration Specialist III is responsible for delivering technical implementation tasks for customers, working independently and potentially leading small teams.

In Short

• Assumes ownership of designs and processes with minimal supervision.
• May lead a small team for application configuration, building, and testing.
• Develops and implements automation scripts.
• Designs software configuration to meet business requirements.
• Supports Sales and Product Management teams.
• Develops application prototypes and conducts client walkthroughs.
• Works with teams to ensure application requirements are met.
• Informs project leads of any issues affecting project areas.
• Participates in code reviews and fixes defects.
• Independently leads discussions with internal and customer teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in software application implementation.
• Experience with Duck Creek Policy Platform solutions.
• Preferred experience in P&C Insurance software applications.
• Experience with HTML, ASP, and XML.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
• Legally authorized to work in the job location.
