Software Configuration Specialist II - Remote

Overview

The Software Configuration Specialist II is responsible for delivering technical implementation tasks for customers, configuring, building, and testing applications while understanding basic implementation concepts.

In Short

• Designs software configuration to meet business process design and application requirements.
• Supports Sales and Product Management and Client Delivery teams.
• Collaborates with developers, designers, and architects.
• Participates in code reviews and fixes defects.
• Understands the functional impact of configuration options.
• Works with internal project teams and interacts with customers.
• Performs related duties and activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a field with analytic emphasis.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in technology or insurance.
• Experience with Duck Creek Platform for Policy Administration is a plus.
• Preferred experience in implementing P&C Insurance software.
• Ability to perform analytical activities in software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Legally authorized to work in the job location country.
• Physical capability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
