Overview

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full lifecycle Clinical Support Staff recruitment process. This role focuses on recruiting for various clinical positions while building talent pipelines for current and future openings.

In Short

• Oversee the recruitment process for Clinical Support Staff.
• Screen candidates through telephone interviews.
• Manage communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with the business to assess hiring needs.
• Manage the ATS system (Workday) for job postings.
• Analyze metrics on recruiting effectiveness.
• Build talent networks for qualified candidates.
• Conduct ad hoc recruitment projects as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication aligned with company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Clinical recruitment experience is required.
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS, Workday knowledge preferred.
• Experience in outreach to schools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
