The Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations across 85 urgent care practices nationwide, ensuring operational excellence and a patient-first experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience.
• 7+ years in multi-site management.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management.
• Experience leading large field leadership teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
