Overview

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue potential, exceeding booking targets, and driving ARR growth. This role requires close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Customer Officer (CPO), and Chief Financial Officer to align strategies and ensure operational excellence.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive revenue predictability and improve profitability.
  • Ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize customer lifecycle value.
  • Implement systems and processes to support pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Build and manage a robust analytics framework to track key performance metrics.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of CRM and revenue tools.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive adoption of technologies that enhance productivity and improve customer experiences.
  • Establish consistent reporting systems to provide transparency and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in CRM and revenue management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
