Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing on attracting, sourcing, and hiring highly qualified candidates for key roles within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to conduct technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Experience in using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
