Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Monetization group, focusing on driving monetization strategies and managing engineering teams.

• Experience in defining monetization strategies.
• Experience with usage-based billing models.
• Familiarity with third-party billing platforms like Orb and Stripe.
• Proven success in scaling teams through growth phases.
• Ability to track and drive metrics effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathetic leadership approach.
• Experience at a product-led SaaS or DevTools company is a plus.
