• Contribute to Lattice's AI strategy by influencing technical and non-technical decisions.
• Propose appropriate AI solutions to business problems.
• Lead technical evaluations of AI/ML vendors and platforms.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in the AI domain.
• Identify long-term AI opportunities and spearhead technical initiatives.
• Design and lead the implementation of end-to-end architectures for AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions for Lattice’s platform.
• Establish best practices for AI development.
• Mentor and guide engineers across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Deep expertise in LLM techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps tools.
• Expertise in Python and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Exceptional end-to-end system design skills.
• Proven ability to align technical work with business goals.
• Strong track record of influencing and mentoring engineers.
