• Lead the transformation of the Engineering Platform, Systems and Processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, high-throughput foundational services and libraries.
• Help define, standardize, implement, and evangelize approaches to software development.

Requirements

• Minimum 13 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Mastery in software development with a focus on backend development.
• Expertise in Java, C#, C++, or similar.
• Expertise in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, stability, scalability, and security.
• Experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining container-based applications.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Continuous Delivery and zero downtime deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
