As a Senior HR Systems Manager at Lattice, you will lead the HR tech strategy and operations, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to shape the future of HR technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with HR systems and leading teams or projects.
• Expertise in HR data management and system integrations.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps through feedback.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with HR system migrations and process improvements.
• Understanding of HR technology trends and passion for employee experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Lattice platform is a bonus.
