Overview

The Financial Systems Manager/Senior Manager will play a key role in streamlining processes and gaining efficiencies in the Finance & Accounting organization at Komodo Health, supporting the company's growth and preparing for IPO readiness.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day management of NetSuite and other financial systems.
• Ensure configurations align with financial policies and business requirements.
• Develop customized reports and dashboards for analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and training to finance team users.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams on system-related projects.
• Monitor data accuracy and integrity across financial transactions.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new system features.
• Work towards enhancing operational efficiency in financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial systems management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in financial system integrations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
