Overview

As an Associate General Counsel at Komodo Health, you will lead employment matters, advising internal stakeholders and managing litigation with external counsel.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and active state bar membership.
• 10+ years of labor and employment experience.
• Expertise in CA labor and employment law.
• Strong judgment and integrity.
• Ability to research and advise on complex legal questions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in advising on compensation plans and compliance.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
