Director of Product Design - Remote

Overview

Lattice is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead an impactful, growth-oriented team of Designers as we cement our position as a category leader. You will be responsible for owning the design strategy for our team that’s responsible for Lattice’s entire Talent suite — helping us deliver connected, cohesive, and coherent experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with 4+ years in management.
• High craft bar with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with complex product areas.
• Ability to provide meaningful design feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
