In Short

• Lead a team of individual contributors to produce strong outcomes for the business
• Full Career Development cycle for individual contributors, including regular 1:1s, coaching and providing feedback for performance, growth and development
• Work closely with product manager and designer to understand scope and delivery requirements
• Use data and metrics to understand, measure and manage team performance
• Provide regular updates on project status and team performance
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to explore new technologies
• Communicate across the technology and product organization to advocate for your team
• Contribute to deliverables as a player/coach
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes
• Monitor and manage technical debt

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role, including hiring and mentoring
• 3+ years experience in software engineering
• 3+ years experience in SaaS delivery
• Hands-on software engineering background
• Proven experience working with product managers and designers
• Ability to use data for performance management
• Strong communication skills
• Expertise in Agile software development processes
• Critical thinker with problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in quality assurance processes
